How Does It Work?
Our female fat loss program is tailor made for each of our clients, but broadly you can expect:
- The first part of your program is a health and fitness assessment, consultation and goal-setting session
- This is followed by designing your program, tailored to your requirements, your lifestyle and your goals
- Training sessions – You will be training with your personal trainer as many times as required by your goals and your program. You may need to put in 2-3 additional workouts on your own to improve your activity level
- Nutritional support – Meal plans, and support to ensure you are eating the right foods at the right times to get you that lean body you want

- Every training session, give it your all. If you don’t give it 100%, you won’t get the results you’re looking for
